How does it work?
When you place your order at checkout and have entered the international delivery address your final shipping cost will be displayed. Proceed through checkout as usual. Once your order has been placed it will ship with 1 to 2 business days.
Please note that you may have to pay import duties depending on your country's import laws. UK - please note: if you are sending a gift to or ordering from the UK, the recipient will be charged VAT when the item/s are valued over £39 (for gifts) or £15 (other goods). See here for more information: GOV.UK importing by post.
Please note below also items that we are not able to ship internationally.
We ship to USA, Canada, most of Asia, UK and European Union countries. We do not ship to European countries outside the EU, Russia, Africa, South and Central America.
How much do orders over 2kg cost to ship?

What items cannot be posted overseas?
We cannot ship the following items overseas:
- PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and facemasks
- Liquid or powder cleaning products
- Hand sanitiser & other sanitiser products
Terms & Conditions
- It is your responsibility to advise us should an order delivery be late, incorrect or damaged. Please contact us immediately on info@fevermates.com. Should an order be lost in transit, damaged or incorrect, we may not send replacement items immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion following our investigations.
- We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
- We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
- The payment of all import duties and VAT in your country are your responsibility. Please check the rules for your country.
